What did George Lucas Know About the Pineal Gland and Precession?

"The modern hero-deed must be that of questing to bring light again the lost Atlantis of the coordinated soul" - Joseph Campbell

"I'm telling an old myth in a new way" - George Lucas

Like many, I am an avid Star Wars enthusiast. Now in my forties, like most people my age, watching the first three Star Wars films was a childhood tradition. I loved the movies when my parents took me as a child, and I appreciate them even more today. What I didn't realize then, but understand now, is that Star Wars holds many secrets. Although George Lucas claims the setting is a galaxy far, far away, I believe Star Wars actually occurs in our own galaxy, either in the distant future or past, depending on perspective, as history is cyclical due to precession. Thus, Star Wars is esoteric, revealing truths while simultaneously misdirecting. Similar to religion, there are both exoteric and esoteric meanings, likely known to only a few. I think George Lucas employed this approach when creating Star Wars, and it has endured over time. However, as we enter The Age of Aquarius, secrets are meant to be unveiled as our collective consciousness rises. My perception has sharpened, and for reasons I won't disclose here, I'll just say I relied heavily on intuition when writing this. Here, I will share insights I have noticed that, to my knowledge, have not been documented before. First, I want to highlight the battle between Luke Skywalker and his father, Darth Vader, in Empire Strikes Back, set in Cloud City. Even the name Cloud City holds significance, which I will address later in the article.

The confrontation between Luke and Vader occurs in the Carbonite Freezing Chamber, and I think Lucas chose this setting for a specific reason. The Carbonite Freezing Chamber is intended to represent the enigmatic gland at the center of our brain, known as the pineal gland. This gland has largely been overlooked by Western medicine, yet it holds significant interest for occult groups and the New Age Movement. The ancient Egyptians referred to this gland as the Eye of Horus or the Eye of Ra, linking it to the pituitary and thalamus region. It is frequently mentioned in the Egyptian Book of the Dead.

The Egyptians referred to it as the wadjet eye, which many find eerily similar to the word Jedi when spoken aloud. In India, the pineal gland was recognized as the third eye or bindi. The French philosopher Descartes described it as the Seat of the Soul, often associated with spirits and animals; however, Western medicine primarily associates it with sleep patterns and disorders like schizophrenia and psychosis. What caught my attention in the Carbonite Freezing Chamber room is that the floor plan resembles the shape of the brain.

The chamber floor features four concentric rings with a central hole where the pineal gland is situated. This mirrors the four layers of cerebrospinal fluid that circulate through the brain's ventricles, with the pineal gland immersed in a central reservoir of brain fluid. The chamber's design is also inspired by the legendary city of Atlantis, which is described as having four rings of land and water, with a central temple where bulls were sacrificed, hence the term "bullseye" for a target symbol. The temple symbolizes the pineal gland, and the brain is often referred to as the temple. George Lucas, a student of mythology and known to have corresponded with mythologist Joseph Campbell, would have been cognizant of this symbolism.

Some occultists believe that Atlantis was not a real physical place but rather an allegory for consciousness and the human brain. It served as a metaphor illustrating how levels of consciousness can rise or fall depending on the era we live in. Evidence for this interpretation lies in the fact that although Atlantis is an Egyptian legend, its name comes from the Greek god Atlas. Atlas was also the king of Atlantis and had seven daughters who danced around a tree of life there. Could this not symbolize the seven chakras ascending the spine? Additionally, Atlas is the name of the 33rd vertebra that supports the head, further suggesting that the Atlantis story, much like Star Wars, is fundamentally about the brain.

Atlas holds up the heavens with the weight of the world on his neck and shoulders which

is a metaphor for his brain and thoughts. Does not Luke struggle to

resist the dark side of the force which is his lower consciousness.

Why did George Lucas decide on the name carbonite, one might wonder? What many are unaware of is that the pineal gland can undergo calcification in individuals. Research indicates that it is most calcified in Europeans, less so in African-Americans, and even less in continental Africans and Indians. This is unsurprising given the pineal gland's significance in Egypt and its association with the kundalini and chakra system in India. Some believe that as the pineal gland calcifies, it loses its function. This is why, when Han Solo is frozen in carbonite and eventually thaws, he is blind and unable to see. His third eye is blind.

Some conspiracy theorists claim that fluoride is intentionally added to the water supply in the United States to calcify the pineal gland, thereby reducing our level of consciousness.

Some individuals believe that as we transition from the Age of Pisces to the Age of Aquarius, and eventually to later ascending ages, the pineal gland will grow in size, potentially becoming as large as a golf ball. This enlargement of the pineal gland is thought to enhance human abilities as we evolve. Many associate the functions of the pineal gland with intuition, clairvoyance, ESP, telepathy, and telekinesis. Although these ideas are difficult to envision in our current lower period of the yuga cycle, it's believed that as humanity ascends to the golden ages, our consciousness will elevate. Interestingly, the Jedi in Star Wars possess all these abilities, and their name might even be linked to the pineal gland if George Lucas had the "wadjet eye" in mind when creating his "science fiction" masterpiece.

This scene from Empire Strikes Back is intriguing for several reasons. For instance, just as humans have forgotten their capabilities, Luke can't fully comprehend his own abilities. Jedi Master Yoda has to demonstrate to him what his pineal gland is truly capable of.

I want to highlight the name Cloud City, where the battle between Luke and Vader occurs. If you take the first letters of Cloud and City, you get CC. Assigning numerical values to CC gives you 33, as C is the third letter in the alphabet. This links back to Atlas and the brain, since the Atlas vertebra is also known as the 33rd vertebra. The discussion here involves battles of the mind, our consciousness, and the capabilities of the brain/pineal gland, which is the true essence of Star Wars. Even the light sabers are color-coded: Luke's blue light saber signifies ascension and the rise of consciousness, while Vader's red light saber symbolizes descension and the decline of consciousness.

I think that the two lightsabers are inspired by the star Sirius, which holds significant importance for both the ancient Egyptians and Freemasons. The ancient Greeks noted that as Sirius moves away from us, it flickers red, and when it approaches, it flickers blue. Many people believe that our pineal glands, or wadjet eyes, are affected by the electromagnetic rays from both our sun and Sirius. In fact, the sun's rays might help release melatonin and dimethyltryptamine, which regulate sleep, vivid dreams, and other mysteries. Walter Cruttenden from the Binary Research Institute suggests that our solar system is actually influenced by two suns: our sun and the more powerful Sirius. This idea is not widely accepted by scientists; however, I think George Lucas believes it, which is why Tatooine, where Luke Skywalker grows up, has two suns.

The Binary Research Institute's theory suggests that our 24,000-year precessional cycle involves two suns orbiting each other. Our second and much larger sun is Sirius. Every 12,000 years, as the two suns draw nearer, Sirius appears blue, leading to humanity's ascension. Conversely, as they move apart every 12,000 years, Sirius turns red, resulting in our descent.

Thankfully as we are now at the current Dawn of Aquarius humanity is finally about to begin to ascend after descending for the last 12,000 years. I will conclude this post with the words of freethinker Graham Hancock as he speaks on the psychic abilities of man and how are full capabilities have not been reached yet in fact we still may be sleep.
